A Brief Overview of the Indian Oil Refinery (IOCL)
The Indian Oil Company (IOCL) is the largest oil company in India, with 87% owned by the government. IOCL owns 11 of the 23 refineries in India. Due to the number of refineries and various refining processes in IOCL, the company is an important competitor for both BPCL and HPCL.
