2. Which bitumen grades do you supply to Malaysia?
We supply penetration grades 60/70 and 80/100, the two grades most used for roads in Malaysia. Grade 60/70 is harder and suits heavy traffic and heat. Grade 80/100 is softer and suits lighter traffic. Other grades are available on request.
3. What is the minimum order for bitumen to Malaysia?

4. Which packing do you offer for bitumen in Malaysia?
We ship bitumen in new steel drums and jumbo bags. Malaysian buyers order these two most often. Flexitank is possible, but requests are rare. We do not ship bitumen in bulk vessels.
5. How long does bitumen shipping to Malaysia take?
Sea transit to Port Klang usually takes 35–45 days. Loading takes about 17–21 days for every 1,000 tons, so the total time depends on your tonnage. We confirm the plan when you place the order.
6. Which ports in Malaysia do you deliver bitumen to?
Port Klang is the main delivery port. We also deliver to Penang and Johor, and we can quote Kota Kinabalu in Sabah on request. If your site is near another port, tell us and we will check the price.
7. Is SGS inspection included in the bitumen price?
Yes. The bitumen price includes SGS inspection, which most Malaysian buyers ask for first. We also provide the export documents needed for customs clearance. If you need extra documents, our sales team can check what is available.
8. Do I need cargo insurance for bitumen to Malaysia?
Most Malaysian buyers do not insist on insurance and put inspection first. If your company or bank needs insurance, tell our sales team before the order, and we will confirm what we can offer.
9. What payment terms do you offer for bitumen orders?
We work with TT (bank transfer). Usually 30% to 50% is paid in advance, and the balance is paid against the shipping documents or a draft Bill of Lading. Exact terms are confirmed in the proforma invoice.
10. Who pays port charges and customs duty in Malaysia?
With CFR, we pay the loading costs and the sea freight to Port Klang. You pay the unloading charges, port handling and customs duty in Malaysia. Add these costs to the CFR price to estimate your landed cost.
11. Can you also ship bitumen to Cambodia, Australia or Timor-Leste?
Yes. Many Malaysian buyers also supply these markets, and we can ship there directly. The cargo is usually reloaded at a transit port, so we advise new steel drums, which are safer for this route.
