Delivery Term and Transit Time

Our Zambian customers receive their cargo at Dar es Salaam under CFR delivery terms, with direct shipment and fast loading. Transit to Lusaka, Ndola, or project locations is completed via truck or rail from the port.

The approximate transit time to Dar es Salaam port is 11–17 days.

Payment Terms

• T/T Method: 30% advance, balance against B/L draft (CFR) or customs docs (FOB).
• Non-Acceptable: Open Account (O/A) and Documents Against Payment (D/P) are strictly not accepted.

Documentation and International Inspection

During the export process, an international inspection agent, such as SGS, will conduct cargo sampling at customs as a neutral third party. After testing and checking the quality factors, the cargo will be ready for loading and shipment.

To guarantee the validity of your shipment, we provide a Certificate of Origin issued by the UAE Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, the following key documents are included on the seller’s letterhead:
