Delivery Term and Transit Time

The common delivery term for Malaysia is CFR (Cost and Freight). Approximate Transit Time to Malaysia Ports:

• Penang: 14–17 Days
• Port Klang: 17–21 Days
• Kota Kinabalu: 21–25 Days

Payment Term

• T/T Method: 30% advance, balance against B/L draft (CFR) or customs docs (FOB).
• L/C at Sight: 100% irrevocable, non-transferable, and confirmed (subject to bank approval).
• Non-Acceptable: Open Account (O/A) and Documents Against Payment (D/P) are strictly not accepted.

SGS and Geochem Inspection

The asphalt you order will be inspected by an SGS and Geochem representative, as a third party, before being loaded. Loading can take place after the inspector has approved the quality.
