Terms of Payment
Our payment term is based on TT and LC at sight method.
In TT method the customer should pay 30% advance and balance against B/L draft in CFR delivery term or customs docs in FOB delivery term.
O/A (Open Account) and D/P (Documents Against Payment) are not acceptable.
Delivery Term and Transit Time
The common delivery term of South African customers are CFR and CIF.
CFR stands for cost of the cargo and freight, but the CIF includes both insurance and freight in addition to product price.
The transit time of South Africa is 21-25 days.

International Inspection and Quality Control
One of the main concerns of our customers is the quality of cargo. To become sure about the quality, in addition to the lab tests report from the refinery, a third party company which is SGS or Geo-Chem will check the cargo and approve the quality.
Besides the quality, containers data, quantity, marking and packing will be checked by the inspection agent.
